| Mark Holdsworth Managing Director | |

Mr Holdsworth has over 12 years’ experience in property, including residential and commercial developments. He also has more than 11 years experience in Romania and emerging markets. During his eight years at ING Barings in London he traveled extensively to Romania, building up an extensive network of contacts in the banking, business and governmental sectors. From January 2001, Mr Holdsworth was the managing director in charge of all equity, broking and trading operations in Eastern Europe, South Africa and Latin America at the bank. In August 2003, Mr Holdsworth left ING Barings to promote his property and business interests on a full time basis. Mr Holdsworth was a non-executive director of Netia S.A., Poland’s largest alternative telecoms operator between 2004 and 2006. Mr Holdsworth has a degree in History from the University of Edinburgh and a postgraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Thouron Scholar. |

| Jan-Olof Hansson COO Fabian Capital | |

Mr Hansson has experience from real estate transactions in 9 countries across Europe with a total deal volume of over €1 billion in 40 individual deals including; 19 individual deals at a total value of €300m in France, 15 individual deals in Germany at a total value of €200m, sold a €400m of disposal and acquisitions in Sweden and made deals in UK, Luxembourg, Denmark, Russia, Bulgaria and Romania. Jan-Olof commenced his career in London in 1996 and worked within the Investment Banking team at Deutsche Bank. Previous to joining Fabian in October 2007 he was responsible for Acquisitions Continental Europe for CLS Holdings, a FTSE 350 property company which he joined in 2002. He has in all his roles been responsible for financing and has built up an extensive network among banks across Europe and among other arranged interim financing for the Shard of Glass in London, the £1bn, 318 metre, tallest office building in Europe to be built by London Bridge in London. Mr. Hansson holds an MA in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics. He is Chairman of the Swedish Conservative Party in the UK and board member of Avere Fastigheter AB a property company in Sweden. He is a previous Swedish Junior Champion in Pole Vault and is advising Swedish Athletics ahead of the 2012 Olympics in London. |

| Mark Owen Property Director | |

Mr Owen was a director of ING Real Estate until June 2006, when he moved to join the Fabian Capital. He has 20 years’ experience in commercial property, including development, leasing and asset management in the UK and Europe. Prior to this he worked as a senior property manager at Ladbroke Group plc, responsible for their large portfolio of investment properties across the UK. Mr Owen also has experience in retail unit acquisitions for a variety of high street retailers and has worked for a number of commercial agency practices both in London and the Thames Valley. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, having been a Chartered Surveyor since 1988. |

Mr. Foster joined Fabian Capital as Finance Director in April 2008 from The Berkeley Group Holdings PLC where he was Company Secretary and a Finance Executive. In his 9 years at Berkeley he undertook a variety of divisional financial roles including Group Finance Director of St James Group Ltd and Finance Director of Berkeley First Ltd. Prior to this, he worked at Balfour Beatty having qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Coopers & Lybrand with whom he trained. Anthony has been a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales since 1990 and has as a BSc degree from London University. |

Ms de Villiers joined Fabian Capital's finance team in February 2008 after a career as an auditor with Horwath, Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa she relocated to London to join Ernst & Young's Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction department, and following this, joined PricewaterhouseCoopers to assist in various auditing projects. She has 5 years' finance experience 3 of which were dedicated to property clients, both construction and investment. She has been a member of the South Africa Institute of Chartered Accountants since 2006. | |

Mr. Plaesu has over 8 years experience in real estate, mainly in investment advisory but also including office and industrial letting, valuation, research. Prior to joining the Company Mr. Plaesu was a Director of DTZ in Bucharest. Between 2000-2007 at DTZ Echinox he was responsible for a number investment transactions, among others Europe House, Cefin Logistics Park, Sema Park, 2006 - €90m), AMCO Business Centre land acquisition transactions in excess of €200m. He was also responsible in landmark office letting transactions in excess of 200,000sqm NLA over 4 years, advising various blue-chip occupiers like HP, Metro Group, Electrolux, Tyco, E-ON Ruhrgas, Shell, ABN AMRO Bank, BRD-GSG, Allianz Tiriac, AIG Life, EA (Electronic Arts), IXIA, Stork Fokker, Cheque Dejeuner and others. Mr. Plaesu is also a member of ANEVAR – the local valuers association, affiliated at RICS. Mr. Plaesu holds a MA from Bucharest School of Economics. |

Mr Krens founded Fabian Romania Property Fund Limited in late 2004 with Mark Holdsworth and was fully involved with the original fundraising and, until July 2006, the subsequent sourcing and purchase of the existing investments. Since then he has been become a non-executive director of Fabian Capital. He now works for Mirabaud Securities in equity capital markets. Mr Krens previously worked at ING Barings between 1996 and 2005 in equity capital markets helping mainly Eastern European companies raise money in the capital markets. Mr Krens holds a degree in business administration from the University of Groningen (Netherlands). | |

Mr Beazer has over 15 years’ experience in residential, retail and commercial property development and architecture and prior to joining Fabian Capital was managing director of a London based architecture practice, Urban Mesh Design, which works in both the residential and commercial sectors in the UK. He trained in the London office of WATG, an international American hotel design practice and subsequently joined Wickham van Eyck Associates, an Anglo Dutch architecture practice. Currently he also lectures at London University (Bartlett School of Architecture) on architecture and development. James Beazer graduated from Cambridge University in 1993 with a degree in architecture and from Oxford Brookes University in 1997 with a diploma in architecture and was elected as a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects on 14 February 2001. | |

Mr Goldsmith joined Savills in October 2001 as a director in the international investment team, providing investment services to international investors in central London and Europe. Before this, Mr Goldsmith worked for Weatherall Green & Smith between 1993 and 1995 and at DTZ Debenham Thorpe, in the international investment team, from 1995 to 2001. In his current role, Mr Goldsmith advises a number of European institutional investors (from Europe, the US and the Middle East) on commercial investments in the UK with a focus on investment and development transactions in Central London. Mr Goldsmith gained an honors degree in land management from the University of Reading in 1993 and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, having been a chartered surveyor since 1995. |
